Our Food Safety eLearning courses were compiled by leading food industry experts. The courses are offered online and can be conveniently completed in the comfort of your own home, at your own pace. Our eLearning R638 Food Safety Training for the Person in Charge is SAATCA Accredited. We also offer a Basic Food Safety Practices course for your Food Handlers. The courses are video-based providing real-life examples and provide supplementary reading material and handy tools and templates.

If you are the person in charge of your food business, then the SA Hygiene Regulations require that you attend accredited Food Safety training.Â
Basic Food Safety Practices course
Basic Food Hygiene training needs to be conducted at least annually as refresher training, as well as when new food handlers join your team.
