SHE Representatives Workshop

The appointment of SHE Representatives is a mandatory requirement, and it is the duty of the employer to ensure that Representatives are equipped with the necessary knowledge and tools to perform their duties.


This course focuses on the responsibilities, roles, and functions of SHE representatives and will equip the learner with the knowledge required to promote safety, co-operation and communication between employees and management in the workplace.


The establishment of SHE management structures, SHE inspections and hazard identification. and how these play a vital role in the mitigation of health and safety risks in the workplace is covered in detail.

Employers must ensure that Health and Safety Representatives are equipped with the necessary knowledge and tools to perform their duties. This course focuses on the responsibilities, roles and functions of SHE representatives and will equip SHE Reps with the knowledge required to promote safety, co-operation and communication between employees and management in the workplace.
