The R638 (South African Regulations Governing General Hygiene Requirements for Food Premises, the Transport of
Food and Related matters) require that every food business has a traceability system and a recall procedure in place.
The ability of a food business to respond swiftly and accurately when unsafe food is released into the market may
prevent consumers from getting sick or even possible death.

This half-day course is aimed at the management team and will equip the team with the know-how, tools and templates to implement an effective Product Recall System.
