Introduction to ISO 9001:2015

The ISO 9001:2015 determines minimum requirements for a QMS in organisations in order to offer products and services which meet customer, statutory, and regulatory requirements. The standard is based on a process-orientated approach that incorporates the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycle and also introduces risk-based thinking.
