This course provides an overview of the Food Safety Practices, applicable to a Storage & Distribution facility. The course is based on BRCGS Storage and Distribution requirements as well as ISO PRP standards: ISO 22002-100:2025 and the sector-specific PRP requirements for Transport and Storage: ISO 22002-5:2025.
The aim is to ensure that all staff working in food storage and distribution understand the importance of Food Safety and are able to implement these requirements in their respective workplaces.
