The BRCGS Global Food Safety Standard Issue 9 was updated in August 2022. This revised 3-day course includes the new revisions to the standard and covers requirements for product safety, quality and operational criteria for legal compliance and protection of the consumer. Companies will be audited against Issue 9 from February 2023.
