This punchy pocket booklet presents the perfect solution to help you address the requirements for food safety training for your kitchen staff. You can present the training in-house using these colourful booklets to help you teach technical concepts in a fun and easy way. All the important food safety and hygiene principles for your kitchen are explained using diagrams and illustrations to make it more fun for you and your staff.
