Refund Policy

Our Mission is to supply all our clients with the best possible product/service at competitive prices and we strive to give the best customer service possible.

Once you have chosen to make a purchase on our site you cannot cancel your purchase. Please therefore take special care to note what you are purchasing.


In the unlikely event of any product (such as a training manual or inspection kit) purchased on this site being defective we will replace such defective product at our cost, provided we are notified immediately you discover such defect. We are entitled to assess the defect first at our expense. Please note that we are not responsible for replacing any items that was damaged through misuse or negligence and we are only obliged to replace items that were defective when shipped or which were damaged in transit. Please note that we will not replace any defective items if more than six months have elapsed from the date of purchase.
