implementing FSSC 22000 WORKSHOP

FSSC 22000 is fast becoming one of the more popular audit standards in South Africa. It is GFSI (Global Food Safety Initiative) approved, widely accepted all over the globe and is becoming the go-to standard for large players in the food industry. The course content is based on FSSC 22000 vs 5.1 as recently publsihed in November 2020.


The workshop addresses both the FSSC 22000 Scheme, GFSI, ISO 22002-1 requirements detailing the prerequisite programmes on food safety, and the ISO 22000 standard. The course has been updated to include the new FSSC 22000 version 5.1 requirements. All the changes to the FSSC 22000 scheme will be covered in this workshop to ensure that your organisation can start implementing the new requirements.

PURPOSE:

This workshop covers the FSSC 22000 scheme requirements based on the version 5.1 requirements. Delegates are guided through the requirements with lectures and exercises. The course is aimed at delegates who already have a good working knowledge of GMP and HACCP and now need to understand how the FSSC 22000 is structured in line with the ISO 22000:2018 requirements.The workshop addresses both the ISO/TS 22002-1 requirements detailing the prerequisite programmes on food safety and the ISO 22000 : 2018 standard.
