BRC Global Standard for Food Safety

The BRC Global Standard for Food Safety includes requirements for food safety, legality and quality and has been approved by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) as a certification standard. This 3 day workshop provides a detailed interpretation of the standard. Delegates are guided through each clause of the standard using case studies, group activities and videos to illustrate concepts and to ensure active participation which will make the workshop enjoyable and memorable for all delegates attending. A gap assessment and a project plan for implementation of the requirements will need to be developed by delegates as part of the training course.

Who should attend: The Food Safety Team, Production Managers / Supervisors, Quality Supervisors and laboratory staff.

Prerequisites: Delegates must already have a good understanding of GMP and HACCP. Ensure that your company has an original copy of the purchased BRC Global Standard for Food Safety vs 7.
