Food Defence - Does your PRP address this?

Food Defence is vital part of your GMPs. The PAS 220:2008 (Prerequisite programmes on Food Safety for Manufacturing) requires that each establishment assesses the hazard posed by potential acts of sabotage, vandalism or terrorism and that proportional protective measures are implemented. Clause 4.2 of the BRC Global Standard for Food Safety, Issue 6, requires that the company conducts a documented assessment of the security arrangements and potential risks to the products from any deliberate attempt to inflict contamination or damage. So how does an organisation actually go about doing this? What practical ways are there to protect your company against this type of threat?
Rolf Uys of AIB will be sharing his experience with us on this hot topic and we will be walking away with some useful guides and templates to help kick start our Food Defence Programme. Make sure you are there and don't miss it . Diarize the 8th of March in PE at the B&E Centre now!. See you there!
