Brett Giddy who heads up the Business support division has a B.Comm Honours CA (SA) qualification with over 20 years experience with various businesses. He has been involved in assisting entrepreneurs expand and grow their businesses and has been involved in rolling out 9 interventions for over 80 entrepreneurs. We can assist business owners to ensure that their business have the deserved value when the time is right to sell and can help the business owner to sell their business when they are ready to do so. The service provided is split into two areas:
Business Value Add (which consists of Consulting and Training Service which can assist the business to realise its true potential value) and

MPSP Valuation – Most Probable Selling Price valuation which could involve complex calculations
Comparative Market Analysis – Estimated business value compared with other businesses for a similar type
Selling a Business – Marketing to prospective buyers
Facilitating a Purchase – guiding a buyer through the process
Facilitating a Sale – guiding a seller through the selling process
Document preparation – preparation of the necessary paperwork
Working with all parties involved such as attorneys and accountants to ensure that the sale is realised
