The Entecom office in East London was opened in January 2009 and is managed by Angela Jordan.

The East London office services the Amathole, Chris Hani, OR Tambo and Ukhalamba District areas.With enthusiastic marketing and personal

contact with clients the branch is becoming a well known entity in the food and beverage arena,with the help of 4 passionate staff members.

The office is also a member of the Border Kei Chamber of Business.

Angela Jordan - East London Franchisee

Angela owns the ENTECOM East London franchise. She has a Bachelor of Technology degree in Environmental Health at Penninsula Technikon, cum laude. She is a trained Food Safety Lead Auditor and is a registered assessor with the FoodBev SETA. Angela worked in local and district level government for eight years. Her responsibilities, amongst others, included local community education and awareness programmes in health and sanitation issues and setting up and managing two water and milk laboratories at both local and district levels. She currently employs three staff members. Babalwa, who does the marketing, as well as Yonela and Zikhona who facilitate and assist with GMP implementation.

Yonela Mncwango - Education and Training Practitioner

Yonela joined Entecom in May 2011. She has a National Diploma in Food and Consumer Sciences and has done her in-service training with an international catering company. She is currently employed by Entecom as a Training Practitioner and has facilitated various workshops and skills programmes. She also assists with GMP implementation. She is a registered assessor with the FoodBev SETA.

Babalwa Lupindo - Marketing & Administration

Babalwa has a National Diploma in Small Business Management and is currently completing her B-Tech degree in Business Administration. She has been with Entecom since 2009 as a Marketing and Sales Executive. Babalwa has recently completed Project Management at LDI and has over 2 years’ experience working with SMME’s, including developing business plans and conducting the marketing and research functions.

Zikhona Mgolo - Education and Training Practitioner

Zikhona has completed her internship with Entecom and has a Scottish qualification in Hospitality Management.  She has recieved a special award for taking part in a Food and Beverage service held in Britain.  Zikhona's qualification include HACCP (Level 3), GMP (Level 1) and Samtrec Course (Level 1).
