Our Successful Approach:
We offer training workshops integrated with the consultation where we develop staff to learn the correct Food Safety skills in their work area. Training can also be offered separately if the organisation already has HACCP certification, but wishes to continue with formal skills development. Training can be provided in modules over a period to ensure flexibility around the production process but at the same time ensuring a journey of staff development towards a Registered Skills Programme Qualification.
